PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF USE

Radiologist-Centric Design: This web-based application is an Advanced Diagnostic Assistance System (ADAS). It is designed strictly for use by Qualified Radiologists.
Privileged Interpretation: Clinical interpretation is the solely responsible and privileged domain of the Radiologist. We strongly discourage non-radiologists (patients or non-imaging clinicians) from using this application for independent diagnosis.
Delegated Data Entry: While we acknowledge that paramedics, technicians, or typists may upload data under the direct vigilance and supervision of a Radiologist, the "Boss" Radiologist remains the final authority and legal custodian of the output.

Identity Verification: Ensuring that the uploaded image data accurately corresponds to the correct patient is the sole responsibility of the Radiologist.
Mismatch Liability: Even if data is entered by staff, the Radiologist must verify that the Identity, Age, and Sex match the imaging study. GERMAN BABDI cannot independently verify if the uploaded pixels belong to the patient name provided.
Anonymization Encouraged: To ensure maximum safety and privacy, we encourage you not to put the name of the patient while uploading images. The system interprets data more easily without names; Age and Sex are the primary requirements for accurate AI interpretation.

Zero-Server Storage: We do not save your data at our servers or sites. Once your session is complete, the data is cleared.
User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to save and archive the generated reports at your end.
Confidentiality: Any data provided—even if you choose to include a patient name—is handled under our strict confidentiality protocols and is never shared with third parties.
Variability of Output: GERMAN BABDI is 100% Artificial Intelligence-based. Because it utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs), the same image data might not yield identical opinions for different users, different browsers, or at different points in time.
Evolution of Logic: The learning data and "reading methods" of the AI change over time to improve assistance; therefore, the "sparks" or clues provided are dynamic and not static calculations.

Authentication Requirements: Any report or document generated by this system is considered null, void, and a "blank paper" unless it bears the following:
- Full Name and Address of the reporting Radiologist.
- Medical Council Registration Number.
- Handwritten ("Penned") or Digitally Approved Signature.
Legal Inadmissibility: Without the above credentials, this document is considered manipulated or unauthorized and cannot be used as evidence in a Court of Law, by Police Departments, or by any Government body.
Forgery Protection: GERMAN BABDI ADAS is not responsible for the misuse of a Radiologist's name or identity through forgery or unauthorized use of this web application.

ANONYMIZATION: For maximum safety, we encourage you not to include the patient’s name. The system primarily requires Age and Sex for accurate interpretation.
DATA MATCHING: The Radiologist holds sole responsibility for ensuring that the uploaded image data correctly matches the patient’s identity, even if data is entered by a technician or paramedic.
ZERO-STORAGE: We do not save your data on our servers. You must save and archive your results locally immediately upon generation.
LEGAL VALIDITY: Any output from this system is considered null, void, and a "blank paper" unless it is formally reviewed and bears the Radiologist’s full name, registration number, and signature.
AI VARIABILITY: This is 100% AI-based; results may vary slightly between different devices, browsers, or points in time as the system’s "reading methods" evolve.
